Write an e-mail to the Municipal Commissioner stating your complain regarding the contamination of public wells is your locality and the ongoing health & water crisis due to it.

This e-mail is written and submitted to me by Saksham Garg. 
Ps: There are few mistakes of which  i am aware but the content is good and apt so hope you take it as a learning lesson
